Nicholas Webb is a Litigation Executive who has practiced since 1986.

After training in a successful East Sussex practice, he was employed as 'in house' legal advisor by a leading international construction company based in the City. Since the late 1980's Nick has advised on particularly complex construction cases and has maintained a successful practice in the Technology and Construction Court.

Nick also has experience in media law and has written a number of legal programmes distributed in video and television format. Nick has also been commissioned by national UK newspapers to write a legal column and legal information service. Nick presently acts as a legal advisor to a BBC1 prime time television series.

Nick's practice includes a great deal of commercial negotiation and dispute resolution in a number of commercial sectors including construction. Nick manages the battle office.
